OnePeak Medical Expands to the Oregon Coast with Grand Opening of New Coos Bay Clinic
OnePeak Medical, Oregon’s leading provider of functionally based, patient-centered primary care, is excited to announce the grand opening of its newest clinic in Coos Bay. To celebrate, the clinic will host a ribbon cutting ceremony and community open house in partnership with the Bay Area and Bandon Chambers of Commerce on May 6, 2025.
Located at 2590 Woodland Drive, the new clinic marks OnePeak Medical’s 16th location in Oregon—and its first on the Oregon coast. This expansion reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to increasing access to high-quality, personalized care in communities where healthcare options are limited but deeply needed.

The clinic is led by Ann Moffett, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in both traditional and functional medicine. Ann has been serving patients in the Coos Bay area since 2021 and is a proud member of the local community.
