Brittany Kozak, MSN, FNP-BC, ABAAHP
Family Nurse Practitioner located in Medford, OR
Brittany Kozak, MSN, FNP-BC, ABAAHP is passionate about treating the root cause of disease in the body. Her personal experience with depression, anxiety, postpartum depression, and hormonal imbalances drove her to look past treating symptoms with pharmaceutical drugs and find the answers to balancing the body from within. Her treatments emphasize hormone restoration and optimization, nutrition, weight management, anti-aging, and mindfulness. She hopes to guide her patients on a journey of hope and healing while achieving an optimal state of physical, emotional, and spiritual performance.
Prior to her focus on understanding the root cause of disease in the body, her medical experience concentrated on metabolic and functional medicine in both the emergency department and urgent care. Brittany received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Sacramento State University and her Master of Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Washington State University Vancouver. She was certified by the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine as a Health Practitioner in 2017. Brittany is also currently serving in the Air Force Reserves as a Captain in the 446 Aeromedical Staging Squadron.
