Jennifer Haas is passionate about helping empower her clients to meet their personal health, wellness, and lifestyle goals. The transition to a lifestyle of health and wellness can seem overwhelming but Jennifer is gifted at understanding each client’s personal journey and starting point. She has the knowledge and skills to help each client create sustainable healthy lifestyle habits.
During the last few years of a 26 year teaching career, Jennifer personally experienced the importance and power of eating whole foods. By changing the types of food she ate, she was able to decrease her inflammatory markers, lose weight, and increase her daily energy and vitality. This motivated her to expand her healthy lifestyle by connecting with a yoga community. She became a Registered Yoga Teacher and continues to educate herself about the power of healthy foods, mindfulness, fitness, and wellbeing. Her personal journey into a healthier lifestyle led her to a new career in health consulting. She has been able to combine her talents from the classroom with her knowledge of health and fitness. She wants to inspire and motivate others to find the same energy, vitality, health, and happiness that she now experiences.
Since relocating to Oregon, Jennifer enjoys hiking, snow shoeing, and knitting. She loves spending time in nature, practicing yoga, reading, photography, cooking, and gardening.
