Dr. Kaia Deroche, DNP, FNP-C started her career in healthcare as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Women and Children’s services, Postpartum, NICU, Labor and Delivery, Nurse Advice Line, and Skilled Nursing. She continued her education at Weber State University in Ogden, UT, and recently graduated with her Doctorate of Nurse Practice (DNP), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C).
Kaia is passionate about assisting people in living healthier, fuller lives. Rather than waiting until health declines, she believes a better healthcare model is teaching healthy habits and ways to maintain healthy bodies through diet, exercise, and stress management. Her goal as your medical provider is to help you understand your body and learn ways to keep yourself at optimal function. Kaia is here to listen and work with you to find the best ways for you to thrive.
Kaia relocated from Utah to Oregon in the Spring of 2023 to join OnePeak Medical. In her free time, she can be found outside hiking, camping, paddleboarding, rock climbing, mountain biking, hand standing, doing acro yoga, or practicing circus arts.
