Sally Lord, MSN, APRN, AGNP-C, is a dedicated healthcare provider with over 30 years of experience in critical care, trauma, and emergency medicine. After decades in traditional medical practice, she transitioned to a patient-centered, root-cause approach to healthcare—one that prioritizes not just the absence of disease, but the optimization of vitality and long-term wellness.

Sally earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Florida in 1996 and later obtained her Master of Science in Nursing from Graceland University, specializing in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care. Her expertise in heart and pulmonary health has shaped her career, and at OnePeak Medical, she is passionate about integrating new strategies to help patients achieve optimal health. She focuses on disease prevention, weight management, and longevity through personalized nutrition and activity-based modalities.

Committed to helping her patients age with integrity and grace, Sally strives to empower individuals with the tools and knowledge needed to take control of their health. She believes in treating the whole person—body and mind—so they can thrive at every stage of life.

Outside of her practice, Sally enjoys giving back to the community through volunteer work, exploring nature, traveling, reading, and caring for her two beloved Yorkies, Ruby and Lila Sue.
