Steven Fierro, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Family Nurse Practitioner located in Eugene, OR

Steven Fierro, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC was born and raised in West Texas where he cultivated a love for health as a junior volunteer at a medical center hospital in high school. Steven later earned his Bachelor’s in Nursing from South University Austin Texas. Upon graduation, he worked as a Surgical/Medical ICU Nurse until the start of the pandemic at which time he transitioned to a Medical-Surgical Floor Nurse/Charge at South Texas Spine and Surgical Hospital. It is here where he developed expertise in caring for post-spine surgery and post-joint replacement patients.
While working at South Texas Spine and Surgical Hospital, Steven also completed his Master’s in Nursing with an emphasis on Family Nurse Practitioner at Chamberlain University. After graduation, Steven moved to Seattle, WA to work as an Ortho Trauma nurse at the only level-one trauma center serving the surrounding five states.
Having spent the majority of his career in critical/acute care, Steven has developed strong skills in identifying chronic diseases that have gone unchecked and led to serious repercussions. Now as a provider, Steven uses these skills to identify and educate patients about their chronic conditions to help them gain control and lead a long, healthy, and happy life.
In Steven’s free time, he loves spending every minute he can with his family (particularly his niece Ariah and nephew Makai).
