Teresa Hippen, MSN, AGCNP is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner and has spent the majority of her life in the medical industry. After growing up on the family farm in Iowa, she went off to school and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Allen College of Nursing. She later went back to school to receive her Master of Science in Nursing, Adult-Gerontology Practice from the University of Cincinnati.
Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Teresa was a charge nurse in the Critical Care ICU and later transitioned into a provider role as an ICU/Critical Care Nurse Practitioner. She traveled extensively throughout her career and gained experience in neurosurgery, occupational health, and functional medicine. Functional medicine is her passion and the reason she wanted to become a Nurse Practitioner. Teresa loves interacting with people and strives to help her patients feel better with each visit.
Teresa has three amazing children and two grandkids that she adores and loves to spend time with. In her free time, she loves to go for long walks, spend time by the water, play tennis, and meet new people.
