OnePeak Medical is Going Cashless!
At OnePeak Medical, we strive to provide exceptional care and continuously improve the services we’re able to provide our patients. After review of our payment processing systems, starting October 1, 2023, we will be transitioning to a cashless payment system at all our clinic locations. By going cashless, we are simplifying the payment experience, allowing for streamlined transactions, increased efficiency, and enhanced safety for both our staff and patients.
Payment options after October 1, 2023, are listed below.
Payment at Time of Service:
- Credit Card/Debit Card Payments: We will accept credit card and debit card payments at the time of service at all OnePeak Medical clinics. Simply present the credit card or debit card at the front desk and our staff will be able to process the payment.
- Check Payments: Patients can opt to provide a check payment at the time of service to the front desk staff. Please remember to include the patient account number for accurate processing.
Billing Statements: Once patients receive their billing statement, they will have the following convenient payment options:
- Check Payments: Patients can opt to send a check payment via mail using the provided address on the statement. Please remember to include the patient account number and the statement details for accurate processing.
- Secure Online E-Check, Credit or Debit Card Payments: Our secure online payment portal continues, allowing patients to conveniently pay their bills using a bank account, credit card, or debit card. The statement will provide detailed instructions on how to access these payment options.

A note regarding Senate Bill 1565: As a medical service provider, OnePeak Medical qualifies for an exception as specified in the bill. However, if you receive a bill from OnePeak, you have the option to make a cash payment by sending it directly to our billing department.
