Mark Pequignot, DNP, FNP-C

Mark Pequignot, DNP, FNP-C began his career in healthcare as a registered nurse (RN) in acute services, home care and hospice, medical-surgical, and same-day surgical skilled nursing practices. After 14 years of practicing as a registered nurse, Mark continued his education at Augsburg University in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and graduated with his doctorate of nursing practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).

Mark is passionate about listening to people in the community and going the extra mile to develop healthcare goals that are pertinent and important to them specifically. He’s been an advocate for many underserved communities and remains active and volunteering with the unhoused and LGBTQIA+ populations. He truly believes in the holistic approach to healthcare and optimizing mental, physical, and spiritual components to the overall picture of an individual’s healthcare process. Mark is enthusiastic about developing individualized routes when addressing each patient’s health journey.

Mark relocated from Minnesota to Oregon in the summer of 2023 to join OnePeak Medical’s Roseburg TRIBE. In his free time, he can be found out in nature, connecting with his community, and remaining active through hiking, camping, kayaking, fishing, gardening, biking, and taking care of the small hobby farm he purchased in the area. Mark looks forward to meeting you and being a strong resource in your healthcare journey.
